David W. Pickard III, Esq., AIA
Mr. Pickard has very unique credentials. He is both a California 27 year licensed and practicing Attorney and 39 year licensed and practicing Architect. He is both a Member of the California Bar and the American Institute of Architects. Throughout his career, Mr. Pickard has earned a reputation as a trusted construction attorney with an intimate knowledge of the entire building process. Mr. Pickard attended both Stanford University and the University of Southern California, earning both Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. He attended Southwestern
University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. During his professional career, Mr. Pickard has handled hundreds of construction related matters, from simple to complex.
